INGREDIENTS
4 pitted cherries
45ml Drambuie
45ml Aperol
30ml cherry juice
30ml lemon juice
Cherries to freeze
METHOD
1. Freeze cherries in large ice cube trays.
2. Add pitted cherries and Drambuie to a cocktail shaker and muddle.
3. Add Aperol, cherry juice, lemon juice and ice to the shaker. Shake.
4. Strain into a tumbler with a cherry ice cube.
